Senior LUXE Experience Submission Form

If you are interested in scheduling your senior portraits with Michelle’s Portrait Design, fill out your senior submission form below for our senior LUXE experience session. We will contact you shortly after submitting this form to insure you have a session saved on Michelle's senior calendar. Your session fee is required when scheduling and is a non refundable reservation fee to reserve your session date/time.
All promotions/discounts will be applied when ordering. Hair and Makeup is included and will be scheduled with our makeup artist.

Our senior LUXE experience sessions are scheduled based on Location and Michelle's expertise on lighting . If sessions are cancelled due to weather, we will reschedule at the earliest date possible, at no additional charge.

Michelle only photographs 100 seniors each season, so these spots will fill quickly. Reserve your session today!
